The ability to update information within the job titles page is dependent on the Prism HR sync settings that are activated/deactivated.
Navigation to Job Titles:
Preferences > General Account Info > Others Tab
If either the automatically synchronize with HRP or Account syncs with HRP daily settings (or both) is on, the submit button on Job Titles will not be available as this is information will have to be updated in Prism HR by a manager or higher with valid Prism HR credentials.
If the sync is not on, then Job Title will be able to be updated within HourDoc.
