To navigate to the Client Tracker report, select Reports on the tool bar menu; look for Client Tracker Report under Time & Attendance and click to launch.
The Client Tracker Report allows the user to see the total worked time of specific Clients, Jobs and Departments.
To create a new Client Tracker report, select to Create New Client Tracker Report.
- Choose the client/clients. (Use your "Ctrl" button to select multiple clients)
- Select employees.
- Select the Department
- Give your report a name.
- Select the timeframe
- The Misc. Options section offers you a selection of Invoiced / Non-Invoiced or Approved / Un-Approved time entries. If you require both options you can simply select "both".
- To hide the Amount due or Sub-totals, enable the checkboxes.
- Override settings will override default settings in the ClientTracker setup for this report
Click the Generate Report button.
Select to view results, from here you can save this report directly to an invoice by clicking save results to invoice.
This will save the report information in PDF format.
To access your invoice, click on the PDF link that appears next to your report.
This report can be exported to Excel.
