1. If your account has Auto Scheduler enabled, the associations button will no longer be displayed:
Activating Auto Scheduler - This is an administrator function and would be activated on your behalf if needed:
As you will see below the Associations button has been removed:
2. If your account does NOT have Auto Scheduler enabled, the association button will be displayed:
