This report allows you to view all schedules ever posted and view information for any number of employees in any time period you choose.
Begin new Report
Go to Reports –> Scheduler Report, and the "Create new Report" screen will open. Complete four steps to create the report:
- Select personnel
- Choose the time frame.
- Give your report a name
- There are three options you can enable to include other features in the report:
- Display Time Entries
- Allow editing of time entries
- Link to report from homepage
Click the "Generate Report" button.
View your Report
When you click the "Generate Report" button your report will automatically open.
To view your other saved reports, click on the "Saved Scheduler Reports" link at the top-right corner of your screen.
Click on "View Results" to view that report again.
