The skills report shows all employees with skills assigned to them.
Go to Reports –> Skills Report
Once you click on "Skills Report" it will generate a default report with an employee name field only.
To view more information in this report, click the "Reset" button in the upper-left corner.
Select the fields you would like to view by clicking the appropriate checkboxes.
Click the "Display Skills" button and you will see the fields you have selected are added to the report.
Click the "Edit" button to edit that employee's specific skill.
Here you can select the expiration date with options to alert the manager and/or employee if expired within certain number of days.
Click "Submit Form" to save changes.
