Toolbar - Home Screen - Tracking Excessive Time

The parameter for excessive time entries is found under the preferences tab, general settings.

A standard setting would be 9 hours. Any time entry that is longer than that will be flagged.

This notification means you have employees with time entries that exceed the time set by your general preferences. 


Click on the “Excessive Time Entries” link to display the employees that have excessive time entries. You can edit, delete or approve the time entry from this window. 



This show the edit screen. From here the manager can edit or approve the excessive time entry.
