The HourDoc team has designed a new payroll page that is more user friendly and easier to navigate. All the usual settings are still there, the only thing that has changed is the scroll box with all the departments in. Departments are now displayed in a list with checkboxes. All the settings moved to the top of the page.
All the Locations and departments have been placed together in a box like group with checkboxes.
Note: Departments are group by Location.
Options to select the Locations/Departments:
1) Check the "All Departments" checkbox, or
2) Check each department's checkbox.
Once you have selected all departments, click on the submit button and you will have created a new payroll.
Note: Some of your accounts might look slightly different to these screenshots due to paid features added to the payroll module.
